ME Me me me....

Born on the 16 November 1979 in Leeds, West Yorkshire, UK. My hobbies and interest are pretty much engineering of all kinds, apart form the kind that involve measuring endless reams of numbers and putting them in a document that no one reads, but needs to be there on the off chance that someone, somewhere, that I don't care about, gets sued! I'm off topic damn A.D.D. Where was I... oh yes me.

I really enjoy all types of engineering, electronic, mechanical and software, I love cooking, home brewing (as much as I don't like the term “home brew”), I also have a strong interest in pre-history and local history, none of that "Henry the Eighth had 12ty wives and one of them was Charles the First" crap that they teach in schools. [/rant].

Why the electric car? Well since I was a boy I have always liked and recognised their mechanical simplicity, one moving part makes more sense than hundreds or even thousands! I also remember seeing a Sinclair C5 in Dixons shop window and saying “Wow daddy, daddy, can I have one?” and his response being something like “What do you want one of them for, zip up your parker”. I'm beginning to think you're either an EV fan or you're not, so I recently joined the Battery Vehicle Society and have since discovered other headcases like me, they're a really helpful bunch and have made me feel welcome (there's a link to their site in my link section).
